Your monthly subscription fee covers all the costs of your new developer. For a single flat fee, we’ll cover local payroll, benefits, taxes and compliance costs. You’ll never be asked to pay additional fees or expenses on top.
We accept all major card providers, and we charge in US dollars, regardless of where your developer is based. There’s no need to set up bank transfers, convert currency, or manage invoices.
We won’t charge you until you’re happy with the developer we pair you with and you’re ready to start working. We’ll then take your first payment on the first day of work.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. During your trial period, we’ll refund you pro-rata for any unused days. After your trial period, you can cancel up to 14 days before your next payment date to avoid an additional charge.

Yes, you can sign up for as many developers as you need. The fee you pay will change, depending on the number and type of developer packages you sign up for, but it will always be a single monthly charge.
Yes, if your needs change or you realize you need a more (or less!) experienced developer than you expected, you can change your subscription. We’ll adjust your fee before your next monthly payment.
Please note you’ll still need to provide your developer with 14-day notice if you’re outside your trial period.
We only work with developers we can personally vouch for. This either means we’ve actively worked with them on a past project, or they come with at least 2 recommendations from someone we have worked with.
Our developer packages are priced by experience. This means you’ll pay more for a lead developer than you will for a senior developer, and so on.
In the rare case that this happens, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution or process a full refund.
Yes, we’ll connect you with the developer via Slack before you make your first payment. You’re welcome to schedule a call to get to know each other if you’d like, but equally, you can also get started immediately.
During your trial period, you can switch developers as many times as you need to find the right fit for your team. After that, you’ll still be able to switch, but you’ll need to give your developer a 14-day notice.
Unlike many agencies, we’ll help you to hire any of our developers as fully-fledged (usually after 12 months of work), permanent members of your team if that’s the right move for you. You can contact us at hi@boostworkforce.com to discuss it.
We’ll let you know the exact hours your developer works based on their location, and we’ll always tell you what national, religious or bank holidays they observe so you can plan ahead.
Our developers are based all over the world, so it’s unlikely they’ll be close enough to work from your physical location. However, they will be available to join meetings and ceremonies remotely, and we’ll be happy to assist with a business trip to your site if you wish so!
Our developer packages are for a standard 40 hours per week.
A design subscription means you can send us your design requests, and we will complete them one by one. It’s a flexible way to enhance your team’s capabilities with unlimited design support, quick turnarounds, and a dedicated project manager.
You can submit as many design requests as you like. Depending on your plan, we will work on either one or two requests at a time, ensuring focused attention and high-quality outcomes for each project.
We aim to deliver updates within 1-2 business days. Standard plan members typically receive updates every 2 business days, while Pro plan members may benefit from faster turnarounds depending on the complexity of the request.
We cover a wide range of design needs, from core web and mobile design to specialized tasks like email design, icons, 2D & 3D animation, spatial content, swag, presentations, and more. Our service is designed to fill any skill gaps in your team and handle overflow work seamlessly.
Our team consists of experienced designers skilled in various fields. Each project is managed by a dedicated creative project manager, ensuring you have a single point of contact and consistent communication throughout.
You’ll stay in your own project management system—whether it's Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday, or ClickUp—and we’ll pick up the tasks directly from there. If your security policy doesn’t allow external access, we’ll adapt and find the simplest solution for you, such as setting up a Kanban board or receiving tasks via Slack or Email.
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time if you have fewer design needs. When you pause, your remaining subscription days will be saved for future use, ensuring you only pay for the time you need.
